Our family is immensely thankful to the North Shore Community Palliative Care program which enabled us to care for Michael at home. The nurses came daily and were incredibly kind, patient and supportive. They equipped us to administer medications and the program covered costs of equipment rental needed. We are also grateful for all the Home Support workers who cared for Michael each day. It was a privilege to love and look after Michael in home until his passing.
