The family is heartbroken that Jason passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 43 at Lions Gate Hospital in July 2021.  He was a loving husband, a caring son, and a loyal friend.  He had the sweetest soul with the kindest heart.  He always looked out for opportunities to help family, friends, or even strangers, without ever asking anything back in return.  He contributed silently without hope of praise or reward.  Even though he was a very quiet individual, his kindness and selflessness held those around him strongly together.

Jason’s legacy will live on as an organ donor.  His heart, lungs, liver, and two kidneys gave five individuals the gift of life, and five families the gift of hope.  The family wishes to thank the compassionate staff at Lions Gate Hospital at the ICU unit.  Jason and the family were well loved by the ICU doctors and nurses.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family wishes to direct donations to the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation ICU fund in his memory.  A Celebration of Life is scheduled for August 28, 2021, on the 11th wedding anniversary with his surviving wife, Deanna.  Jason will always be in our memories and in our hearts.
