Born Dec 10, 1938. Serafino immigrated to North Vancouver in 1956 and started his 39 year career with The City of North Vancouver. When you went to sleep at night during the winter, he was “The Guy” that ensured the roads were plowed and salted for you when you woke up. He had a passion to garden, and the outdoors. Serafino never backed down from a challenge or hard work.

He will be missed by many, but never forgotten.
