Greg Gutmanis, Treasurer

Greg is the CFO and VP Acquisitions at Diversified Royalty Corp (TSX:DIV), where he is responsible for royalty transaction execution, due diligence and financial reporting. Prior to DIV, Greg was one of three individuals running a $100 million private equity fund in Vancouver – Maxam Opportunities Fund. He was previously an investment banker at Capital West Partners. He articled at KPMG where he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation and Chartered Business Valuator designation.  In 2017, Greg was selected by Business in Vancouver (“BIV”) as one of Vancouver’s top 40 Under 40, and in 2020 was a recipient of BIV’s BC CFO Award.  Greg lives in North Vancouver with his wife and three daughters.  Greg joined the LGHF Board and became Treasurer in 2019.
