Curt Bernardi, Past Chair

Curt Bernardi is the Executive Vice President, Strategy and General Counsel for Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. With a legal career spanning over three decades, Mr. Bernardi brings deep expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. Prior to joining Wheaton Precious Metals in 2008, he worked in various legal roles for Blake, Cassels & Graydon, Duke Energy, Spectra Energy, Westcoast Energy and Union Gas, primarily in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Curt grew up in Kitimat B.C., and now lives in North Vancouver along with his wife and their three children.
