This elegant evening brought together 250 business and community leaders to socialize, enjoy wonderful food and most importantly, show their support for our hospital. Our 2019 event raised $124,799 (net), to help us fund life-changing equipment for our Intensive Care Unit. The ICU at LGH has 11 beds and treats patients with a wide range of life-threatening injuries and illnesses. All proceeds raised from this year’s Persian gala will go to fund a new generation of ventilators and specialist critical care beds. Both the ventilators and the beds provide state-of-the-art levels of care, more mobility of equipment and more comfort for patients. We are grateful to all the attendees, sponsors, donors and volunteers who contributed to the success of the event.
