Curt Bernardi, Co-Vice Chair

Curt is the Senior Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary for Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. Prior to joining Wheaton in 2008, Curt worked in various legal roles for Westcoast Energy, Duke Energy, Spectra Energy and Union Gas, primarily in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. In 2015, Curt received the Western Canada General Counsel Award for Deal Making for outstanding performance in successfully completing complex transactions. Curt grew up in Kitimat B.C. and now lives in North Vancouver, along with his wife and their three children.
