Alex Messina, Director

Alex is the Managing Director of Nicola Wealth Real Estate, the in-house real estate division of Nicola Wealth, where he is responsible providing strategic oversight and leadership of the real estate team in Vancouver. Over his career, Alex has participated in over $8.0 Billion of real estate transactions across North America. As the Managing Director, Alex ensures the team’s success by integrating his deep industry knowledge and transactional expertise into every facet of their operations. Alex completed his B. Comm at UBC, specializing in finance and real estate and subsequently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Property Valuation.  Alex resides in North Vancouver with his wife and two children.  He joined the LGHF Board in 2021 and is the chair of the Investment Committee as well as a member of the Finance & Audit Committee.
