Alex Messina, Director

Alex is the Vice President of Acquisitions for Nicola Wealth Real Estate, the in-house real estate division of Nicola Wealth where he is responsible for sourcing and negotiating the acquisition of commercial real estate assets, as well as structuring joint venture partnerships. Over his career, Alex has participated in over $5.0 Billion of real estate transactions across North America. Alex completed his B. Comm at the UBC, specializing in finance and real estate, and earned the distinction of Top Student in Real Estate. He subsequently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Property Valuation at UBC.  Alex resides in North Vancouver with his wife and two children.  He joined the LGHF Board in 2021 and is the incoming chair of the Investment Committee as well as member of the Finance & Audit Committee.
