Re-Imagine Rehab

Thank you for your interest in supporting our Re-Imagine Rehab campaign. We have successfully reached our goal of raising a total of $200,000 for our Double Your Donation campaign. We are still raising funds to build a new rehabilitation unit at Lions Gate Hospital and you can donate to the campaign by completing the form below.

When you donate to our Re-Imagine Rehab Campaign, you will help to Fund:

  • New patient rooms which will accommodate up to 30 patients
  • A state-of-the-art therapy gym with the latest rehab equipment
  • Treatment areas that enable inpatients and outpatients to mingle
  • Quiet rooms for speech language therapy, social work support and counselling
  • A transition unit that mimics the home environment
