Shaping the Future of Health Care
With the support of our thoughtful and compassionate donors, Lions Gate Hospital Foundation accelerates progress and innovation in health care on the North Shore.
By funding life-saving equipment, the latest medical technology, state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure upgrades, more people on the North Shore can receive life-changing care.
From the new Paul Myers Tower and spinal robotics to AI-assisted colon cancer screening and the expansion in minimally invasive procedures, the Foundation and supporters are able to ensure that care is constantly evolving and improving to meet the changing needs of our community.
Over the past 10 years, LGH Foundation has invested $220 million of your donations to support many different areas of care at Lions Gate Hospital and all publicly funded health care facilities across the North Shore.
Progress and Innovation Never Stops
Over the past three years, the Foundation has purchased more than $27 million dollars in equipment to support care in areas including the Paul Myers Tower, Division of Neurosurgery, the Cast Clinic, Emergency Department, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Community Nursing, Wound Care, the LGH Neurosciences Program, Hospice and Palliative Care and the Intensive Care Unit.
Did you know that 100% of your donation is invested to improve patient care? Through the strength of our investments, our fundraising and administration costs are covered so that all of your donation goes towards the cause.
