30th Annual Honour a Life

A non-denominational celebration to honour the life of a loved one who has passed

For the past 30 years, the North Shore Hospice & Palliative Project has hosted the Honour a Life ceremony in West Vancouver to support people dealing with grief and loss. The memorial service is open to everyone on the North Shore who has lost a loved one and guests are invited to hang personal tributes on the Honour a Life Memorial Tree that remains standing and decorated until after the New Year.

Honour a Life has become a tradition on the North Shore with many families using the opportunity to mark the passing of a loved one on an annual basis. Please visit the Honour a Life Tree any time in December to write your tree card to honour your loved one.

Location: The Honour A Life Tree – Seawall Park, West Vancouver Sea Wall at the foot of 19th Street.
