Lunar New Year Celebration and Gratitude Event

Celebrate the Lunar New Year – Virtually!

Lunar New Year is a significant festival in traditional Chinese culture. It’s the time to celebrate what we have achieved and set new resolutions for the coming year. 

This year, five Collingwood School students – Eric Chen, Doris Guo, Ricky Chen, Jason He, and Amy Li – are celebrating the important role our community hospital is playing during the pandemic and they are thanking our frontliners for their hard work.

In this interactive fundraising event, the four youth will introduce various Lunar New Year cultures, plus the role and services of the hospital to event participants. Event proceeds will go towards improving Emergency Care at Lions Gate Hospital.
